For the three non-internet sources, just use his notes. Thus your bibliography can go:
Raffles Junior College, International History, 1945—1991, JC1/Term1/2005, prepared by Mr Edmund Kwok, Lecture 3: US policies and containment: the Truman Doctrine, the Marshall Plan, the Berlin Blockade, the formation of NATO, updated 13 Jan 2005.
You can also cite notes for Lecture 2 as a source and some other notes which he gave us.
For the three internet sources, just put down 3 random websites on the Cold War.
