the george eliot shrine
hello. its 3am and im doing kwok's position paper!!!
i think its really karma. either its george eliot taking her revenge (since chengchai got food poisoning) or its the fact that ive never actually prepared a kwok pp proper before. and now that its my turn, the tables have turned.
hmph. i wldve been sleeping!
anw since im so screwed already, here's a reminder that if you want any info on the Singapore Arts Festival, please visit our noticeboard, which shouldnt be too much of a distance from your seat ;] yeah zhifeng was saying smthing abt watching Swan Lake!!! do i hear a yes? please say yes its really good! we hafta go watch smthing as a class soon!
meanwhile, the george eliot shrine is up. having considered its blasphemous properties, we've decided that it would be most prudent to just make a small space for george eliot- all her work, memoranda, pictures etc. will be put on display for critical appreciation.
we were thinking vegetarian offerings but then again- blasphemous.
and if anyone says she's ugly again, beware. i dont think the food poisoning is any coincidence. with vegetarian food how contaminated can it get? so yeah. she's watching.
ok ive lost half of you but nvm...
dont kill me or christine if kwok complains abt our position paper tmr. its rather- skimpy.
